Shipping Policy

I aim to eliminate unnecessary waste by producing to order and typically strive to ship within 7 days from the time of your order. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, including the tracking number if you selected tracked delivery during checkout.

If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g., because of postal/courier delays, logistics, bad weather, strikes, a global pandemic, the energy crisis, or war…), I'll let you know as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact me to cancel your order and I’ll refund you for any products you've paid for but not received.

Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes which might be applied to the order at customs (shipping outside of the UK ).

Please bear in mind, I send A3 (and larger) prints in a packaging tube to prevent damage.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased from me, you can return it to me within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please email Gliding Turtle at [email protected] in the first instance to authorise and arrange for return, and to be supplied with a return address.

The item(s) must be returned in the condition you received it in to be accepted as a return. Items must be unused, unmarked and complete with tags.

Allow up to 14 days from us receiving your return for your refund to be processed. Note, I recommend using a signed for service as I'm not accountable for items lost in transit.

Return postage is borne by you (the customer), unless I (Gliding Turtle) have made an error or the product is confirmed as being faulty, in which case the postage will be refunded.

The images of my products (and packaging) on my website (and my marketing and business partners’ websites) are for illustrative purposes only. I have worked hard to ensure that items are presented accurately but I cannot guarantee that your device display reflects those products with 100% accuracy.

I want to eliminate unnecessary waste, so I produce to order. On occasion, products you order may be unavailable (e.g., issues with suppliers or materials; I haven’t been able to verify your billing information; you have requested delivery to a country that I do not ship to; other unforseen circumstances). In case we are unable to fulfil your order, I will contact you by email to inform you about this and you won’t be charged for that order. If payment was already taken, it will be fully refunded.

When I accept your order, we’ll also confirm your order number. If you need to contact me about your order, you should quote this.

You must be at least 18 years to order our products.

You must be authorised to use the payment method which you use to pay for the products in you order.

I may cancel an order if I notice that my products are being exploited for any commercial purpose.
